overview
these terms govern your use of the weir studio website and our professional services. by using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
our services
we provide custom web application development, AI integration, automation, and e-commerce solutions. all projects begin with a scoping phase to define requirements, timelines, and costs before any build work commences.
scope & payment
project scope, timelines, and costs are agreed in writing before work begins. the scoping fee is credited in full toward the build if the project proceeds within 30 days. payment terms are net 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
intellectual property
upon full payment, you own all custom code and assets created for your project. we retain the right to use anonymised aspects of our work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
warranty & liability
all build projects include a 14-day defect warranty from deployment. our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question. we do not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
